The Singular Santiago, Santiago

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed, although I would have preferred the option of a bath along with the shower. The service was excellent, with staff that were friendly and helpful without being overly formal. The location couldn't have been better, being right in the heart of Lastarria with plenty of shops, restaurants, and markets to explore. The dining experience was fantastic, despite a slight hiccup with being seated outside. Overall, a great value for the money.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were of good size and very clean, and if you get a street-facing room, it's worth the high end price. The big bathroom was a nice touch, and the design features throughout the room were impressive. The service from the porter to the maintainence manager was top-notch, everyone was polite, helpful, and well-trained. The location in the quieter Lastarria area of Santiago was perfect, close to great shops, restaurants, and markets. The dining experience was fantastic, with the added bonus of 'welcome' live jazz at the entrance. The facilities were excellent, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The service was fantastic across the board, with attentive and professional staff. The location, although in a vibrant neighborhood with great amenities, seemed a bit dodgy with graffiti-covered streets. The dining experience was wonderful, particularly the bespoke and varied options.

The hotel offers well-appointed and quiet rooms with queen-size beds in a fabulous city location. While lovely, the rooms can be a bit dark. The spread set out for tea each afternoon adds a nice touch, making it a comfortable stay.
